The Role

FaceIn.ID is hiring its first enterprise sales representative to own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close. You'll sell our biometric authentication platform into mid-market and enterprise accounts across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and security-conscious verticals.

This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll shape the sales playbook, define ICP and territories, build the outbound motion, and help us grow from early traction to repeatable revenue. You'll report directly to the CEO and have real equity in what you build.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Build and manage pipeline through outbound, inbound, partnerships, and developer community channels
  • Run discovery, demos, technical deep-dives, and executive-level presentations
  • Collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions for high-value prospects
  • Negotiate complex enterprise contracts, including multi-year and usage-based deals
  • Define and iterate on the sales playbook, messaging, and competitive positioning
  • Represent FaceIn at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Background in IAM, cybersecurity, identity, or adjacent security categories
  • Comfort selling technical products to engineering, security, and C-suite buyers
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ($50K+ ACV)
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can own a room and a Slack thread
  • Self-starter mentality — you thrive with autonomy and minimal hand-holding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with developer-led sales motions or PLG + sales hybrid models
  • Industry experience selling into fintech or healthcare verticals
  • Startup experience — you've built a sales motion from 0 to 1 before
  • Familiarity with FIDO2, WebAuthn, or biometric authentication space
  • Network of CISOs, VPs of Engineering, or IT leaders you can activate

  • • Shadow customer calls and review existing pipeline
  • • Build initial target account list (50+ accounts)
  • • Deliver your first solo demo

First 90 Days — Build & Close

  • • 20+ qualified opportunities in pipeline
  • • First deal closed or in final contract stage
  • • Sales playbook v1 documented
  • • Outbound cadence running with measurable results

First 365 Days — Scale

  • • $500K–$1M+ in closed ARR
  • • Repeatable sales process with documented playbook
  • • Foundation laid for hiring sales team members 2 and 3
  • • Key enterprise logos secured as reference customers
